On-line registration has now closed. Please contact In Conference directly if you still wish to register for this conference. Payment can only be made by credit card. You can also register on-site, but please note that accommodation cannot be guaranteed at this late stage.
Delegate Fee
The registration fee for residential pre-registered delegates includes:
• Attendance at the scientific sessions and entry to the exhibition hall.
• Delegate bag and conference material.
• Attendance at the Poster Session and Trade Exhibition.
• Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks and lunch as published in the programme, as well as breakfast and evening meals (please note that the conference dinner is not included).
The registration fee for non residential pre-registered delegates includes:
• Attendance at the scientific sessions and entry to the exhibition hall.
• Delegate bag and conference material.
• Attendance at the Poster Session and Trade Exhibition.
• Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks and lunch as published in the programme.

Cancellation Penalties
Cancellations before 1 February will be refunded less a £50 admin fee. Notification of cancellation should be sent to the conference organisers in writing by fax or email.
How to Pay
Up until 1st February there are three methods of payment. After this date payments will be taken by credit card only. Invoices not paid by 1st February will result in your registration being cancelled.
By Cheque
Cheques should be in Pounds Sterling and made payable to ‘BSDB/BSCB 2008’.
By Credit/Debit card
Only Visa, Mastercard or debit card can be accepted.
By Bank Transfer
Details are available on request from the Conference Organisers, In Conference Ltd.
It is essential that you quote your invoice reference number and/or delegate name in the transfer instructions in the section ‘Payment Reference’.
Internet Access
If you are staying at the University you will have free internet access in your bedroom. You will need to bring a RJ45 cable with you to access this through your personal laptop. The RJ45 cable can also be purchased from the main reception. The University also has a number of WiFi Hotspots where you can access the internet. Net access within the bedrooms is included within the registration fee.
